Childbirth Education

Taking part of this class gives the strength and support to have the experience you want. Being aware of the strength that lies within. Its your mind that you have to master to let your body naturally do its magic. Mind over matter. Disarming those fear you associate with birth, and actually engage in your birth.

Understanding how amazing the childbirth process is from the physical aspect of mothers and baby, to hormonal and the powers of those hormones. We believe the more you know, the more confidence you will grow. Not knowing can be uncomfortable, can create fear of the unknown. Now we done scrolled on tiktok or googled, leaving you more fears and questions. We create a space for you to be aware of all your options and the consents that’s best for your birth experience. Having a safe unbias space to reduce those fears and gain knowledge. Guiding and giving to the reassurance for self advocacy and confidence to welcome a positive childbirth experience.

  • comfort measures- non medical pain relief and medical relief

  • labor and birth positions

  • body and hormone changes (mother and baby)

  • stages of labor and childbirth

  • complaints and adjustments

  • hands on practice

  • test and routines

Newborn Care

No matter if your freshly stepping into parenthood or years in sometimes we might need a little extra support. Our class discuss the care and safety of newborns but also the stressors of having newborns and how to cope. Gaining the confidence in knowing you can handle what your baby throws at your with more grace. Being able to understand your newborns schedule and aligning it more smoothly into your new life.
